In August, 2010, Chris Edwards began one of the most difficult tasks of Reputation Management. Removing, replacing and then diminishing over 30 years of negative reviews, fake reviews, competitor attacks, personal attacks, inaccurate information, inaccurate listings and previous lawsuits that began showing up in the Search Engines about the company.
Over time, all of their negative reviews about their company, their brand names and the owners' names began showing up in the top search results in the first page of Google, Yahoo and Bing. Using a month-to-month strategy Mr. Edwards was able to remove, replace and diminish over 25 negative links in the first 4 pages of Google, to less than 0 or 1 negative link per page for over a dozen different keywords related to their company. Miller-Plante Inc also reached #1 in Google Places for “Septic System” and “Septic System Maintenance”.
